Lead Follow-Up

The phone rings while you are on the machine. Now it gets answered.

We don't sell leads. We help you stop losing the ones you already get.

What happens today

A homeowner calls at 10:40. You are in the cab. It goes to voicemail.

They do not leave one. They call the next name on the list, and that company gets the site walk.

That is not a marketing problem. It is a follow-up problem, and it happens to every owner-operator who runs their own iron. Lead Follow-Up puts a text in that customer's hand before they dial the next number.

What your customer sees, under a minute after the missed call

Two levels

Core answers and routes. Managed also chases the quotes you sent.

If the difference ever stops being true in one sentence, there will be one level.

Core

$297per month
  • Missed-call text-back from your number, in under a minute
  • Every website form lands in one pipeline you can see on your phone
  • New-lead notifications to you and the office
  • The same review request to every customer after the job
  • Standard automations and bounded support

Managed

$497per month
  • Everything in Core
  • Quote follow-up: the estimates you sent get a text and a nudge
  • Call tracking, so you know which calls the site brought in
  • Workflow tuning as your season changes
  • A monthly look from me at what came in and what got answered

Phone, text, and email usage is shown separately without a markup. Standard onboarding has no setup fee; unusual registration or import work is quoted before you approve it. Month to month.

Why it is priced this way

One recovered job can cover months of it.

The exact value depends on the jobs you sell, so the system does not pretend every missed call is worth the same amount.

You can see the pipeline, count the texts and responses, and cancel any month. That makes it possible to judge the service from your own numbers.

Fair questions

Before you ask.

Is this just marketing automation spam?

It texts your customer once, from your number, with your name, when you miss a call. Then a person takes over. It never sends a marketing sequence.

What if I already have a good website?

Then buy only this. Lead Follow-Up works with whatever site you have. It is the most common thing companies add without a rebuild.

Do my customers have to agree to texts?

Yes, and the forms are written so they do. Every automated text opens with your business name and ends with "Reply STOP to opt out." Missed-call texts are a reply to a call they made to you.

How do review requests work?

The same message goes to every customer after the job, with your Google link. No sorting happy from unhappy, no incentives. That is what Google allows, and it is what keeps the reviews real.

What does it cost to set up?

Standard onboarding has no setup fee. If phone registration or an unusual data import creates extra work, you see and approve that price before anything begins. Phone, text, and email usage is shown separately without a markup.
